This activity ensures the effective coordination, communication and quality management of the project. It includes administrative and financial management, partner coordination, risk management, sustainability planning and monitoring to guarantee the correct implementation of BeyondWheels.
International Workshop (Malaga, Spain)
A face-to-face international workshop bringing together project partners to exchange expertise, strengthen cooperation and jointly refine the BeyondWheels method through peer learning and practical sessions.
Training & Coaching of Benficiaries with Locomotor Disabilites
Adults with motor disabilities participate in structured training and coaching processes using the BeyondWheels method. The activity supports participants in identifying skills, aspirations and pathways towards employability, self-employment or entrepreneurship.
Online Multipurpose Final Event
The final online event presents project results, the BeyondWheels method and participants’ pathways. It serves as a space for dissemination, reflection and dialogue with stakeholders at European level
Creation of "BeyondWheels" Method
This activity focuses on the development of the BeyondWheels training and coaching method, combining psychology, coaching, strategic analysis and project management. The method is co-created, tested and refined with partners to ensure it is inclusive, practical and transferable.
Training of Trainers
This activity trains adult educators and trainers to effectively apply the BeyondWheels method. It aims to build professional competences in inclusive training, coaching and guidance for adults with motor disabilities, ensuring long-term sustainability.
Online International Workshop
An online workshop bringing together beneficiaries and partners to strengthen digital skills, exchange experiences and reinforce the European dimension of the project through transnational interaction
Communication & Dissemination
This activity ensures the visibility and impact of the project through the website, social media, digital materials and European platforms. It supports transparency, knowledge sharing and the transferability of results beyond the project duration.
