The organization has extensive experience in facilitating participatory processes involving businesses, research and development centers, citizen associations, NGOs, schools, and institutes. SOLIS has expertise in adult education in both formal and non-formal settings. The organization collaborates with public and private entities in Italy and Europe to define policies, strategies, and services, using participatory techniques and advanced systemic facilitation—both online and in-person. These approaches enable the co-creation of processes where challenging issues are transformed into creative ideas, innovations, strategies, and solutions through dialogue, training, communication, and participatory interaction.

during these years has been the improvement of the quality of life of people with intellectual disability and their families.
